Overview

Handled Calls is an AI receptionist and simple front-desk workflow for home service businesses. It answers missed and after-hours calls, captures job details, attempts to book appointments, organizes callbacks, and supports review request workflows.

Handled is built for small home service businesses such as plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, landscapers, and small contractors that need better call coverage without hiring full-time office staff.

It is simpler than a large field-service platform and more organized than voicemail. You get call answering, booking attempts, callbacks, customer records, job status, and review follow-up in one calm workflow.

Calls, Booking, And Workflow

During business hours, Handled can answer after your chosen number of rings. After hours, it can answer immediately. The goal is to make sure callers get a professional response when your team cannot pick up.

Handled can collect the caller's name, phone number, service address, issue, urgency, preferred timing, and other job notes so your team can understand what happened quickly.

Handled attempts to book appointments using your availability and onboarding preferences. If the caller does not book, the opportunity is organized for a manual callback.
