Program details

The practical version.

Program Basics

It is a referral program for approved agencies, coaches, consultants, creators, educators, and operators who serve small home service businesses.

Good-fit partners include home service marketing agencies, local SEO agencies, PPC agencies, contractor coaches, consultants, CSR trainers, trade-focused newsletters, podcasts, communities, and industry educators.

The program is not built for coupon sites, spam affiliates, generic affiliate traffic, cold-SMS marketers, misleading promoters, or partners without a real home service audience.

No. All partners are manually reviewed and approved. Submitting an application does not mean approval is automatic.

Earnings And Payouts

Approved partners earn 50% commission for the first 6 paid billing cycles of each qualified referred customer. Commissions are based on net subscription revenue collected from the base subscription and additional users.

Yes. Partners who refer 3 qualified paying customers can earn a one-time $250 bonus after program requirements are met.

Commission applies to net subscription revenue collected from the base subscription and additional users. Usage charges, AI-handled call charges, taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, third-party fees, pass-through costs, setup fees, and non-subscription charges are excluded.

Commissions are reviewed and paid every 60 days by ACH after the referred customer has remained paid for at least 30 days and required payout information has been submitted.

Yes. The minimum payout threshold is $50. Balances below that threshold may roll forward until the threshold is met.

Yes. Partners must provide required tax and payout information, including a completed Form W-9, before receiving commission or bonus payments.

Referral Tracking

Referred customers receive 25% off their first month when they use a valid partner code at signup.

Each approved partner receives a unique partner code. The customer should use that code at signup so the discount and referral credit are applied cleanly.

Yes. If a partner introduces a customer directly and the customer forgets to use the code, the partner may submit the referral before the customer signs up. Manual referral submissions expire after 60 days.

A qualified referral is a new Handled Calls customer that uses a valid partner code or approved manual referral, was not already a customer or active sales prospect, becomes a paying customer, remains paid for at least 30 days, and complies with Handled customer terms.

No. Self-referrals and related accounts created to earn commission, receive discounts, or qualify for bonuses are not allowed unless Handled approves the exception in writing.

Promotion Rules

Yes. Partners must clearly disclose their relationship with Handled whenever promoting the service. A simple disclosure is: "I may earn a commission if you sign up for Handled Calls through my referral."

Partners should avoid false, misleading, or unsupported claims. Do not promise booked jobs, revenue outcomes, specific review ratings, emergency service, promotional text campaigns, or hands-off follow-up sequences for unbooked callers.

Handled Calls is an AI receptionist and simple customer dashboard for home service businesses. It answers missed and after-hours calls, captures job details, attempts to book appointments, organizes callbacks, and supports post-job satisfaction and review request workflows.

Handled supports post-job satisfaction checks and review request workflows so small service businesses can keep feedback and review activity organized after completed jobs.

Partners may use approved Handled marketing materials to promote the service under the Partner Program. Partners may not modify branding, imply a different relationship, or use materials in a misleading way.
